Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of packages, the actual weight, and the distance traveled. Large quantities will be delivered with LTL service.
For all in-stock items, we will ship out your orders within 2 business days while the transit time depends on your location. You will be able to track the order with the tracking number provided.

Open and check all packages immediately upon delivery and call customer service at 1-855-330-1133 for damages or missing items.
For freight shipments, note any damage to the packaging on the bill of lading before the driver leaves:
- Keep ALL packing materials including inner and outer boxes and all packing materials.
- If possible take pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
- Notify us within 24 hrs after delivery.
Due to the limited time frame for us to file a claim for shipping damage, any damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
