Stanchions Canada respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. We may collect your information through the services that we offer through our website and the employees.

We collect several types of information from you in various ways when you interact with us. This includes information such as:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Credit/ debit or other payment information
• Email address
• Information about your internet connection

Stanchions Canada collects and stores information for processing your order, improve the functionality of the website and your experience with it.

We may disclose your information to other companies such as:

• To service providers: We may employ other companies or individuals to provide certain services to us such as delivering shipments.
• To credit card companies: If you made an order, your personal information is transmitted to your credit card company to verify and authorize your purchase.

The site is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18) and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from the children.

In the future, Stanchions Canada may update this privacy policy to reflect unanticipated practices not shown above. Changes will reflect on the website and users are encouraged to go over the privacy statement once in a while.

Terms and Conditions

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are based on weight, dimension and distance via standard ground service.

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by size and weight of each item. Items with different sizes and weights may ship independently even if ordered together. Items that are too large or too heavy for will be shipped motor freight. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a facility with a dock designed to receive freight. Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate, tail gate or inside deliveries are available each with an additional charge.

Shipping charges can be viewed in the checkout page on the shopping cart. Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to all standard ground service destinations in the 10 provinces using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to remote destinations, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut territories and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional services must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Certain restrictions apply to Free Shipping promotions. These include use of our choice of carriers and shipping methods as well as other limitations.

Returns

We do not offer any refunds or warranties for our products however you can return the items if the package has not been opened.

There will be a 10% payment processing fee and a 25% restocking fee

Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange if purchaser received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). The refund in the full amount of your order will be assessed the industry standard 25% restocking fee, and 10% payment processing fee if applicable. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

For cancelling reserved items that are already paid for, there will be a 30% cancellation fee

Customization

Once you place and order for a customized print belt (such as adding your own logo), your order is considered non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Warranty Limitations

We do not offer warranty for our stanchions products, rest assured, you are receiving high quality items that will last you through years of use. If a problem occurs, please call us and one of our representatives will help you out.
