Refund and Returns Policy

Stanchions Canada accepts returns or exchanges only when merchandise has been received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. All return requests are subject to approval and must meet the conditions outlined below. Refunds for approved returns will be issued for the full value of the merchandise, less a 25% restocking fee and a 10% payment processing fee, if applicable. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All products are covered by a five-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or general wear and tear. To initiate a return or claim, written notice must be provided within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. Any visible damage must be documented on the bill of lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Stanchions Canada does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom-made, used, modified, final sale, or as-is items. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for consideration.

In cases where a customer wishes to cancel a reserved item that has already been paid for, a cancellation fee of 30% will be applied.
