We ship to Canada and The United States. Customers who are located in GTA can order online and self-pickup in-store.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of packages, actual dimensions, and the distance traveled. Large quantities will be delivered with LTL service.

For all in-stock items, we will ship your orders in 2 business days while the transit time depends on your location. You will be able to track the order with the tracking number provided.

For freight shipments, note damages on the bill of lading before the driver leaves:

Keep ALL packing materials including inner and outer boxes and all packing materials.
If possible take pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
Notify us within 24 hours after delivery.

Due to the limited time frame for us to file a claim for shipping damage, any damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery becomes the customer's responsibility.
