Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of packages, the actual weight, and the distance traveled. Large quantities will be delivered with LTL service.
In-stock items will be shipped out within 2 business days and the transit time depends on the locations. You will be able to track the order with the tracking number provided.

Open and check all packages immediately upon delivery and call customer service at 1-855-330-1133 for damages or missing items.
For freight shipments, note any damage to the packaging on the bill of lading before the driver leaves:
- Keep ALL packing materials including inner and outer boxes and all packing materials.
- If possible take pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
- Notify us within 24 hrs after delivery.
Due to the limited time frame for us to file a claim for shipping damage, any damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Please call 1-855-330-1133 for product-specific warranty information. Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange if the purchaser received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). The refund in the full amount of your order will be assessed the industry standard 25% restocking fee, and 10% payment processing fee if applicable. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Return, refund, or exchanges will not be made on custom-made, used, modified, and final sale items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
For canceling reserved items that are already paid for, there will be a 30% cancellation fee.
